Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the Jul6art SaaS Admin platform. By accessing this platform, you accept these terms without reservation.

1. Platform access

Access to the platform is restricted to users with an authorized account. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

2. Acceptable use

The platform is intended exclusively for professional and administrative purposes. It is forbidden to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access unauthorized data, or to disrupt the operation of the services.

3. Data and confidentiality

Data processed through this platform is subject to our Privacy Policy below. Each organization is responsible for its users' data in accordance with the GDPR.

4. Liability

Jul6art shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the platform. Service availability is provided without any guarantee of absolute continuity.

5. Modification of the ToS

Jul6art reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed of any significant change. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

Jul6art is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the SaaS Admin platform. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

Jul6art is the data controller for personal data collected through this platform. To exercise your rights, contact: admin@jul6art.com.

2. Data collected

We collect the data necessary to manage user accounts: email address, last name, first name, parent organization, login history and actions performed in the backoffice (audit logs).

3. Processing purposes

Data is processed for: authentication and access management, multi-tenant organization management, subscription tracking, security and action traceability via audit logs.

4. Retention period

Active account data is retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship. Audit logs are retained for 12 months. Data is deleted or anonymized 30 days after account termination.

5. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. To exercise these rights, send your request to admin@jul6art.com with a copy of your identity document.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against any unauthorized access, loss or disclosure: encryption of sensitive data, access logging, secure authentication.
