Three pillars

• Multi-tenant native. Every organization is isolated through DB scope, the X-ORGANIZATION HTTP header, Doctrine voters and the soft_delete filter.
• Feature-flag modular. CMS, CRM, LLM, Notifications — every module activates on demand via OrganizationFeature.
• API-first + Twig. API Platform 4 with JWT for integrations, Twig + Stimulus for the backoffice, Tailwind for the design system.

Built for production

Extensive test coverage (PHPUnit), automatic audit log on every mutation, soft-delete by default, Mercure broadcasts for real-time collaboration, and a three-layer permission model (feature → ACL → voter) that makes silent regressions impossible.
